Somerset West, Strand & Gordons Bay we offer Free Same Day Delivery within Trading Hours for orders of R500 and more.

Cape Town and surrounding areas order by 14:00 in for Next Day delivery.

Main Centres 2 Day Standard delivery for Durban and Joburg/Pretoria etc.

Standard Delivery 2-3 days in major cities, 3-5 days in regional areas.

Shipping in Somerset West/Strand/Gordon’s Bay

Orders exceeding R500 received and paid for will be delivered free the same day, Monday to Saturday.
Sunday orders close at 11:30 for same-day delivery.
Public holidays follow Sunday time frame.

Order from 08:00 to 12:00 – Delivered from 13:00 to 15:00
Order from 12:00 to 18:00 – Delivered from 15:00 till 19:00
Order and Delivery Times Sundays/Public Holidays
Order from 08:00 till 11:30 – Delivered from 11:30 till 13:00

Unique offering of drop-off points/Meet-up spots for customers within the above areas can be arranged at No Additional costs.

Shipping in Cape Town and Surrounding areas

Any order placed and paid before 14h00 will be shipped from our premises the same day for delivery the next working day (excluding weekends & public holidays).

Shipping to Main Centres:

(Areas include: Johannesburg, Durban, Bloemfontein, East London, Port Elizabeth,

George, Kimberley) Any order placed and paid before 14h00 will be shipped from our premises the same day for delivery within 1 to 2 days** (excluding weekends & public holidays).

**Once an order is placed & paid, we package & hand it over to our courier company as quickly as possible. Although we aim for overnight delivery, we cannot guarantee it.
Orders placed after 10h00 on a Friday will only be shipped out on Monday.

NB Any order not paid for within 24 hours will be cancelled.

**Somerset West, Strand and Gordon’s Bay – Free delivery for orders exceeding R500.

**Cape Town & Surrounding areas have a flat shipping fee of R99 for a parcel up to 2 kg.

National Shipping

**Areas around South Africa (Main Centres only) have a flat shipping fee of R105 for a parcel up to 2 kg.

**Areas not included above, fall under regional areas. These areas have a flat shipping fee

of R150 for a parcel under 2 kg.

**If you are situated in a remote area, a township or farm area, please contact us for a shipping rate as it will have special trip rates.

It is important to select the correct shipping fee on checkout. Failure to do so may result in your parcel being delayed. If you are unsure about your rate selection, please contact us before you place your order to avoid any delays.

Free Delivery

If your order exceeds R1000 (outside Somerset West, Strand and Gordon’s Bay) you qualify for free delivery. If the weight of a parcel is too great to be shipped via the overnight option, we reserve the right to choose a more economical shipping method (Either Air freight or Road Freight). Hereby we can continue the sustainability of this special offer.

EXCEPTION TO FREE DELIVERY:

During PROMO periods such as Specials or Markdown sales, we do not offer any Free Delivery option unfortunately as our pricing will be bent backwards to bring you the savings you deserve 😊

ONLY Somerset West, Strand and Gordons Bay will have free delivery of orders exceeding R500 during PROMO periods 😊

Disclaimer on deliveries

We know how important vape mail is to our customers. That excited feeling of getting something new combined with the constant tracking, so you can be there (wide eyed and bushy tailed) when the delivery guy arrives is something we are well-aware of.

Unfortunately, there are times when the courier has delays which are out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for this, but we will make every effort to get the issue sorted out and have your parcel delivered in the quickest time possible.

Shipping & Payment

Please note:

We make use of a courier service for deliveries – deliveries only happen on working weekdays (not public holidays) and cash cannot be paid to the courier.

If you are leaving the delivery premises before 16:00, please make a note of this in the order notes so we can inform The Courier Guy.

Although our courier company will try their best to get it to you ASAP, some addresses may fall into the later delivery route and they cannot get there before 16:00. Should they miss you before 16h00, your shipment will be delivered to you the next morning.

REFUND POLICY

We have a seven-day exchange and refund policy. You will have to give us a written explanation by email for the return and offer us the opportunity to address the problem. There are a few exceptions that cannot be returned or refunded. It refers to items that are deemed to be consumables (coils, e-liquid, disposables, pods etc.)
