WARRANTY: If you find yourself needing to return your open device, the process is straightforward. First, verify that your product is within the 60-day return window to ensure eligibility.

Your device must be in the same condition as when received, including the original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Electronic mod/Device carry a Two-month warranty.

1. Our Warranty on Device/Mod only covers factory or out of the box failure, meaning only when we can confirm it is a manufacturing fault for example a faulty chip.

3. Warranties will be void if any physical damage or modification is present on the device – NO LIQUID/WATER DAMAGE, Scratches, Chips and/or Dents, the USB port is broken or damaged and the button is pushed in or damaged due to poor use/mishandled or neglect by the consumer.

5. We do NOT WARRANTY Atomizers, Coils, E-Liquids, Disposables or Accessories.
